I am on the depo shot which is a progesterone based birth control. I dont really have cycles. I have heard of other programs where people cycle vitex along with phytoestrogens. The only reason it may not work is because vitex takes constant use for at least 3 months to even start working and it is best if you use it long term. Sometimes these programs will mess with my cycles temporarily, you could try lowering your dosage, usually everything should go back to normal after a couple cycles. This just my advice though I am only going off my own expriences. there are other progesterone based herbs you can use in place of the vitex. Vitex is recommended to be used alone.
