I'm doing 3 a day. 2 in am and 1 at night. Would you take wild yam or fenugreek with it? Which would you recommend more ladies?

Fenugreek is the more popular. Some people think Wild Yam is good for NBE but others aren't so sure.

She used hops and several other herbs in her program. It might give you a better idea of what to take. Fenugreek is one of the most popular herbs as well as PM.PM tends to be a stronger phyto-estrogen. The idea behind wild yam is that is acts as progesterone (hormone balance) in the body. As Wahakia said. No one knows why it works. It just does.

I had the most growth I'd ever had the month I added Hops to my program. I bought it when I was in North America (Nature's Way Hops Flower 310mg). I was too scared to take too many because I was afraid I'd get too calm and sleepy so I was only taking up to 4 a day. I don't think I really needed more, I saw a massive difference in fullness (I have droopy boobs) and they filled out sooo nicely. When I got to the UK I rationed it down to 2 a day and still had growth!

I'd highly, highly recommended it! I didn't actually feel drowsy after all my worrying about getting drowsy.

HI Lostacres.
The Boountiful Breast website says no tto mix phyto-estrogenic herbs with their product. I believe the concern is that the estrogen you are trying to up and phyto-estrogens will compete for the receptor sites and cause a stall.
