I put 34 fenugreek capsules in a 500mL olive oil. Plan on leaving it for a week since I see that is the norm that people are doing.

Was 34 capsules too much or too little?

Are you guys just using fenugreek and some type of oil?

Can I pour the fenugreek oil in cocoa butter after a week later or will that dilute/make it less effective?

Hi, I've just started the Perfect C programme on the 28th April and was wondering if anyone had tried it? I have bought a 3 month supply and am determined to follow it to the letter and hope to see some growth by the end of the first month. I am aiming for a full 32B or small C. I'm hoping to meet a few supportive friends through this forum and maybe I can offer support to others.

So, I've read repeatedly about the problems with the smell caused by fenugreek, but am curious as to whether or not anyone has ever found some sort of magical, really high-powered deodorant with which to cover up the scent. Everywhere I go, I get told that it smells like curry!

So for the past two to three days I have been having a pain of about 3/10 in my groin area. I have no idea what it could be, seeing as I have been doing NBE for a little over two months now & there has been no alterations in my program. I was just wondering if anyone could possibly explain why this may be?

Oh, also, I know that this sign does not mean it is time for my period, & the reason why I know this is because I am on the Depo shot.

Hey everyone, I'm still pretty new and just posted my program recently

For the most part, I've been following Lucille Sorella's "Flat 2 Fab" program. In her book, she says to take a break after 3 months. I've been on the program for about 2 months. Based on my program and the growth that I've had, would you recommend taking a break at the time she says to, or waiting? I've also been thinking of switching from red clover to hops, any advice on which is better? Thank you!

Fenugreek seems to be the way to go from what I have read so far. Anyone have any success with it? And how do you take it? As a supplement? Or use it as a lotion or both? Are there any side effects?
