Breast4Success Evebra 2nd Round Log - Attempting to Even Out Smaller Breast

#11

awesome info!

I’m just past 2 months on my first evebra run and I’m one of those slightly larger people seeing if i’ll get more growth. i started off wearing 38D.

I’m near double size in volume as well after 14 hour pumps, so I’m hopeful i’ll see growth in line with the Evebra graphs that show doubling at 6 months. not sure though, that seems like a lot of growth! more than i need for sure, but i aint turning it down.

interesting that you got more swelling quicker this second time too. i feel like mine swell up on pump a lot faster now at 2 months than they did at 2 weeks, not quite the same, but all interesting.

thanks so much for posting!!!

Breast4success, a question for you! For your additional two hours on the smaller breast, do you just clamp the tubing to the larger breast and keep the whole thing on, or do you have a different setup? I’m on my break now between cycles and starting to think about logistics for cycle two Smile

Yep, I have clamps for both hoses that go to each Evebra dome hose. That's the only way I can get them on and positioned in the right place. I just push them in to create a mini-suction with the clamps engaged then turn on the pump and slide the clamps open. They stay dangling on the hoses just above the t-connector the entire time I pump.

When it's time to stop pumping on the one breast, I engage the clamps on both hoses then remove the end tube from the pump and disengage the clamp on one side until all the air is out. Then I put the clamp back on (to prevent suction on that side), reconnect the end tube to the pump, and disengage the clamp on the other dome hose to restart the suctioning.

Takes about a minute.

Happy Holidays!

Stopping by with a quick update and a tip.

I've had to change my pumping hours again because the bigger breast started outpacing/out swelling the smaller one despite the 2 hour difference in pumping.

I'm now doing 11 hours on the bigger breast and the full 14 on the smaller one. Hoping this is the last adjustment until I finish.

I also want to reiterate what others have said about drinking enough water/fluids while pumping.

I had some menstrual pain last week and took some pain pills early morning. I guess I didn't eat or drink enough to take them because I ended up vomiting the pills and everything in my stomach at least 4 times. I was too nauseous to eat or drink anything the rest of that day. Since the domes were still on, I didn't bother to remove them early due to pain and weakness. I did take them off after my session in the afternoon, but the swelling was much less than usual.

By the next day, I was fine and eating/drinking normally. When I took off the domes I had normal, ample swelling.

Moral of the story is to stay at last minimally hydrated everyday while pumping. I think I get the full recommended 6-8 cups of liquid daily from eating and drinking, but I don't consciously try to get more on top of that. This seems to be enough for me to get a lot of swelling and increased swelling.

Something to keep in mind.

I have successfully finished my second round/12-week session!!! Big Grin  It's nice to sleep on my back again but I actually woke with back pain this morning. I guess it's been so long my body has to acclimate to it again. Regardless, I'm happy not to be stuck with these huge, heavy domes hanging on me.

It's been 24 hours since my last pumping and so far my breasts look more even. They'll never look exactly the same as the nipples aren't in the exact same position (one points a little more downward than the other) but the size is almost an exact match.

I'll have a reminder set for exactly one month to check again and see if it maintains the evenness.

Eventually, I had to switch to a 10/14 schedule to prevent the bigger breast from overtaking the smaller one; that is 10 hours on the larger side and 14 hours on the smaller side at 20 pressure.

Measurements after 24 hours are:

27.75 Underbust (so it got 1 inch bigger; that happened with round 1 but the swelling went away after a month or so)
34.25 Leaning breast measurement (again it's about 1 inch bigger - not sure if it will stay since I did 3 months instead of 4. I still think the 4th month wasn't necessary - I guess I'll find out in a while.)
111-112 lbs (pretty much the same I was before) I haven't noticed any weight gain except with my breasts.
Height, of course, is the same 5'2"

Overall, the pics I took show I have more fullness but not as much as the first round. This time, I remained at 20 mmHg rather going higher or using the intermittent setting. I got good consistent swelling, but not the massive swelling I had last time where my breasts looked really misshapen and gross (to me). Of course, the goal was not size so I expected to remain at the same bra size.

I didn't get any rashes or blisters except for small ones near the edge of the dome on the right side of my torso. Can't see them from the front or when I wear a bra. I expect them to fade away like the others. Not sure why they showed there when they didn't the first time. I placed a silicone gel sheet on the side once I noticed it kept happening. Not enough lubricant?

Not sure if I'll post pics or not. It would have been more impressive if I took some before I started either round.

Thanks for the update!

It will be interesting to see if your protocol helps to permanently catch up your smaller side.

I have the same issue with a smaller side. I’m three weeks into my second cycle and was thinking about following your protocol but I still want more growth overall even on my larger side, so I’ve decided instead I’ll pump both the same for 16 weeks (-30/ -35mm) and then discontinue on the larger side and continue for another 6-8 weeks on my smaller side until it catches up some. I’ll be in the same situation of them still not looking exactly the same because of nipples but I’m just shooting for same size

I'm back with a results update one month post the last second round session.

Overall, it was a success. The smaller breast now looks even (well, as even as it can look) with my other breast.

Since I only did 3 months instead of 4, neither breast is substantially larger in size than when I did the first round last year. So if someone wants to even up the smaller breast without gaining more tissue on the larger breast, 3 months are fine as a minimum. If you want to gain more tissue and even out, then you'd need to do the 4-6 months of sessions as recommended.

Ultimately, I had to decrease the time on the larger breast to 10 hours and stayed at 14 on the smaller one. The larger breast just kept gaining too much even with less hours. I did 10/14 for the last month. Before that it was 13/14 just one week, then 12/14 for about a month, then 11/14.

Accordingly, my breast measurements didn't change and the swelling beneath the breasts disappeared just like last time.

I want to post pics to show what I looked like at the start of the round 1 Evebra, the results one month after round 1, and the results after round 2.

Hoping this works. Let me know if they don't show/load.

Here are the "before" pics (put in quotes because I forgot to take pics before I started pumping, but these are close enough to the beginning to give an idea of where I started):

Not sure if it shows well on the pics but it was just a slight difference in size and now they look more even in fullness (to me). The right gained just enough to appear fuller than before. The left is always going to look a little different - not just because of nipple placement but it does have more width than the right.

As I said in the main thread, Evebra will not change the shape of your breast nor where you tend to carry fullness - even if you get fullness in other areas immediately after pumping. My fullness is always on the bottom and will most likely stay there even if I tried to go bigger. Something to keep in mind.

Hope this helps and gives a better idea of the results. They are noticeable but not dramatic. If you're expecting a breast implant or fat augmentation look, you'll probably have to use Evebra several times to even get close to those types of results. However, the upside is no risks or complications from the surgery/procedure.
