I would never worry about caffeine lol I drink heaps of caffeinated coffee and grew from a D/DD to a G/GG over the years of doing NBE on and off, think about all the people in the world(especially the Asian women) whom have been successful in NBE or just straight up have big boobs who drink lots of caffeinated teas and drinks  Smile ofcourse caffeine free is better for the nerves, I certainly wish I could not drink caffeine anymore as it really does affect my anxiety but without it I'm extremely tired all the time and can't think straight lol

Not sure where you're located but in Australia there's water decaf instant coffee from the brand Republica. Haven't tried it myself because I have a coffee machine at home.

I researched decaf coffee and female hormones, here's what I found:

Decaf coffee borderline increases sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and decreases free testosterone. Whereas both decaf and caffeinated coffee decrease total testosterone.

Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3502342/

SHBG is a protein that transports estrogen and testosterone throughout the blood to other tissues in the body.

Guess what low SHBG can show up as decreased breast tissue. Low SHBG is also associated with PCOS and insulin resistance, heart disease. Low levels of SHBG can cause high free testosterone. Causes of low SHBG can be hypothyroid, PCOS & insulin resistance.

Total testosterone is the grand total of all the hormone available in the bloodstream. The 2% that’s left is known as “free testosterone.” Free progesterone is testosterone that's not attached to proteins. Free testosterone is also responsible for the creation of what are known as secondary sexual characteristics in men. These include things like facial hair and a deeper voice.

High free testosterone in women is also associated with PCOS, acne and insulin resistance. Low levels are linked to low libido so as with all hormones, there's an optimal level for free testosterone. Endometriosis (which I have) is linked to low testosterone and high free testosterone (top 2%), source:  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10404067/

Sorry for the essay but the conclusion is: decaf coffee can help transport hormones to the tissues and lower free testosterone which in my case is relevant because my endometriosis comes with high free testosterone/low SHBG which I think is partly caused by stress (hypothyroid). So don't stress and enjoy your (decaf) cuppa!

Thank you for the recommendations and all of this useful information! I'm based in the United States, but I'll check and see if they sell Republica here too.
