Not too much, but you can look at the NB forums. Since I've been going for that too I've developed that method I just mentioned to Melissa (which seems to be working well!) and other than that, it was told to me to purchase two sizes of NB cups and noogle with both for 30 mins alternately (one on each). That gives better swelling and upper growth according to some. I've just moved up cups so I literally ordered the XLs today. Going to try that method and I'll let you know how it works.

I think you won't regret buying the NB. I know you will see a difference. From what I have gathered reading through the NB fourm and this forum about the NB, and this is just my opinion, but is that those like you beachbum, IdreamofD, and others who already have breast tissue that just need lift/firmness/fullness etc, they respond to the NB very well very fast. Those who are small chested, like me, or those who are flat chested need to use the NB longer. Its harder because I think we have little breast tissue but for others who already have some breast tissue and just need some lift/firmness/fullness they will respond well.

Am I making sense?? LOL

But I did see lift in only 2 weeks of using the NB, my boobs were saggy, the NB has lifted it somewhat. I think if I continue using the NB, I will get to my goal, I just need to stay motivated. That's why I LOVE visiting this forum and the NB forum, it always cheers me up.

I have tried that and that is the only way I can get suction, LOL!
I have very little underboob, so my areola sort of hangs down on my small breast, but I was talking to someone on the NB forum and that she said her daughter's breasts were similar to mine and that she went from a B to a DD cup in 14 months. She did say she sill has little underboob, but its more than before and her areolas look better now that she doesn't have small breasts anymore. So I guess, for me and others who have breasts like mine, this is just our breast shape. I don't think my areolas would bother me as much if I have bigger breasts.

Yes, underboob is tissue at the bottom.
Well, for me, I have small boobs and they were saggy anyways. I know some people say small boobs do not sag, well mine did, LOL. Maybe its because I have huge areolas on small breasts and have no where to go but down, LOL. When I look in the mirror, from the side, I see that they are lifted a little, I do want more lift, I just need to keep on pumping.
Its just hard because I have little breast tissue to begin with. Hopefully that will change soon.
I am a 34A, what cup size are you?
I think I read that you are a C cup? I think anyone that's a full B and up are going to get great results with NB, for A cup gals like myself, or even smaller than an A cup, we need to work more at it. But eventually we will get there. I have read tons of girls on the NB forum who have grown from A cups to C's and D's!! So I know its possible.

Trust me, beachbum, you will love the NB, just start off slowly and work your way up.

@Melissa, ok good! So you've got it going right! LOL And yes, I imagine to grow the tissue from little to no tissue is a longer process. But I was like you - large nips/aeriolas and pointing to the floor. No underboob, or at least if there was, I was too saggy to see it. Along with that, I was very deflated in the tops (read: no overboob whatsoever) and not round at the bottom - more tubular-ish but not exactly.

Now I don't have ANY of those issues. So @beachbum it's the most amazing thing! I've had incredible lift and underboob has grown, as well as (just recently I've noticed it way more) overboob. Not fake boob overboob, just a little meat, if that makes sense.

@Melissa so excited to hear it only took 6 days! I haven't technically ordered before (today I ordered those XLs and I'm SUPER excited!). I actually bought my NB from this forum

Hey Melissa I pm'ed you about emailing Lucy, wasnt sure if to talk about it on here. you can answer the pm on here if you want, k. As for my size, I have a bathing suite that is a 34A push up which I bulge out of that one and my 34B bras the one that isnt a push up it is a mesh with an underwire (they all have underwire) fits nice actually it use to be loose on me now it fits nice, I think I gained a 1/2 in cause I keep measuring and it is showing a 1/2 to a whole inch bigger and hasnt gone down.. I have no swelling while measuring either so they probably did grow, as for my push up bra it fits better but some gapping at the very top but didnt know it was a 36B bra so if it was a 34B push up it would probably fit good. I am excited to buy the NB to get them full and lift too.. then the push ups will fit nice. You girls thank you for posting your progress cause that helped me decide too. And you know what else also made me say dam this will work, reading the memeber on the NB site Raychel sp? whom is a male and seeing how awesome her titas were for a male, so if a male can go from nothing just about to I think she is I think bigger then us then dam, and others on there having such great progress along with you both. And congrats to both of you on your progress.

Yes, I have seen her program, thank you so much for caring

I am really interested in PC, I have been reading more about it.
The thing is, I have heard in order for any NBE to work, you need to get your hormones balanced first. I am on BO, I bought a 6 month supply of BB, I am still on my first bottle, I have been debating whether to stop BO now, use the PC for a few months and then go back on BO. But I think I should just finish the BO supply I bought and then add PC after.

I have measured a little bigger so I am being hopeful. I think I am measuring the same way each time, so if I am measuring right, I think BO is working for me, slowly. I honestly can't see a difference, but I am committed to take the full 6 months of BB and then go from there.

I have not been able to noogle as much since my sis-in-law is here, she will leave in a few days, but I have been noogling any chance I get, which isn't much but I guess some is better than nothing!

I will measure again on day 5 of my next cycle, crossing fingers....
