Goats rue, like fenugreek are galactagogues ( stimulate lactation/ increase milk production)
I bought a pound of powder to use in making capsules.
It may stimulate the lactiferous ducts to swell and grow. However, i suspect you also need progestetone for lactation, as well as increased prolactin levels, with lower levels of E.
If lactation is not your reason for taking this herb, then remain high levels of E vs P.
You wont get the maple syrup smell from goats rue... that is specific to fenugreek.
