Another New Evebra Log

#11

Weekly update! Averaging about 15 hours a day on pump and I’ve had several days over 12 hours consecutive. I tend to fall asleep midnight, so midnight to noon is my general goal with all else being a bonus. I’m sleeping at 25mm/Hg and doing days between that and a max of 35mm/Hg.

I went back to size 3 cups and found I grew to touch nipple in a couple days of long duration. I’m now wearing size 4 cups and nipples touch just barely at end of 12 hours or more.

I take pics daily but longest off pump today for a pic was about three hours. I measured just over 44 inch at the time. Actual true growth unknown.

weekly update!
I have a new max size on my graph of 46 inch bust right after 17.5 hours consecutive low pressure.

I also have a data point from 8 hours off pump which is 44, one inch over my start of 43. They were likely still swollen there.

The 8 hour off data isnt true growth, but it is hopeful. True growth to me would be like a month off pump.

Pumping this much is super hard. I’m really determined and stubborn, so I’m getting as much as i can while i still work from home. Washing everything and keeping things clamped and carrying around a pump all the time is exhausting. I feel like i cant do much when i am on pump too. So it isnt easy at all and I think Evebra should be more open that doing more than 12 consecutive a day is really hard.

You don’t just easily sleep and then lounge around for a few hours. You wash the cups and skirts and dry them and clamp em because the tubes don’t hold on their own anymore and get into em and vaseline em and turn on the pump and sleep on your back not so well. Then in the morning you get your partner out the door to his job and make your coffee and do your remote job best ya can while also worrying about losing suction and carrying s wound vac pump around all morning at a minimum.

So it’s damn hard is what I’m saying.

It also, according to my data for me appears to be working. not sure though.

Been almost two weeks since my last update. I’m still at it and just passed two months of Evebra use. My measurements remain about the same. I was 10 hours off pump a couple days back and maintained a 44 inch bust, 1 inch over my starting point.

I’m averaging 14 ish hours a day at 30 mm/Hg pressure normally. Anything less and they fall off a little when i move around or when I’m sleeping.

It remains super difficult to stay this committed and do all of this. I basically cant do anything else. I want to go to the gym, but cant because any off pump hours I have I am using for work, essential errands or time with my boyfriend.

I feel like they are deflating slower when off pump vs two weeks ago, but i have no data to back that up. I’m determined to keep it up to three months for sure, but beyond that the push to 6 months is gonna be super hard. My average will have to drop likely to 10 hours a day starting month 4 due to work and life. Hopefully all of the over schedule and slightly over pressure I have been doing will help growth during target month 4,5,6.

I’m taking PM 1000mg a day regularly, but other than that and bee pollen products I’m not really on any supplements. My boobs are sensitive and feel something when off pump, growing? deflating? ache from the pressure?  hard to say what is up. I’m still marching on for now on project Evebra.

Still at it. Into week 11. Moved to 35 mm/Hg constant several days ago. Fair bit over the 20 mm/Hg of the standard Evebra pump. I managed a record for me 38 consecutive hours of pump from last Saturday midnight to Monday at 2pm. I think that really helped as hours at high consecutive my boobs are maxed swelled so hopefully growing well.

I don’t have many measurements, but I did buy a 38 DDD bra at Victorias Secret today which fits quite well. I’m never off pump for more than 5 hours so i have no idea what actual permanent growth i have currently.

Congrats on the progress! Just an FYI VS does vanity sizing so are very inaccurate in sizing, probs not the best brand to give you an idea of things, since you are in the D-DD range now Id recommend brands like Panache, Curvy Kate, Flirtelle etc as all these brands are for bigger boobs and start at a D cup upwards, they are very accurate in sizing and don't have all the pushup/padding stuff most VS bras have, Panache especially is wonderful for giving you forward projection with most of their styles they offer and stretch lace/mesh too which allows you some room for growth without needing to upgrade the bras

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I will check out each of those brands as I grow.

Yeah, VS isnt reliable size wise for sure. I have been using their padded bras to make up size for years though when I really felt i was too small for my frame.

My 38 DD boobs (on me anyway!) are wide set and don’t project much. So I like any bra that pulls em together more. I can just now start to do cleavage if I push my boobs together a lot.

I’m hoping i’ll keep growing and need less and less push and pad over time to get cleavage when i want it. I’m gonna try to get 6 full months Evebra and then stop. I don’t know if I can make it though!

Well we both have that in common then! My boobs are wide set too, standing without a bra I can fit two fingers between my breasts(I know that's not much but alas they are wider set) and even though I'm a UK GG/H I too find some bras give me minimal cleavage, but remember as fertilityqueen (aka Tibetanprincess) always said in her YouTube videos "all cleavage is sexy!" whether they are gap cleavage, "bum" cleavage etc  Heart some bras I've found along the way that really really give great cleavage for wider set breasts are plunge bras with a J hook option(when you create a Racerback with the J hook you get extra lift and pushed in cleavage) like the Panache Faith Plunge bra, and also bras with a frontal closure(with no hooks and eyes at the back) because these really push the breasts together! My fave one of those is the Curvy Kate Kiss Superplunge bra and I bought my sister size of a 30H so that the band was tighter creating more cleavage when clipping the front closure! But for my day to day bras I always prefer a stretch lace/mesh bra with a high gore to keep the breasts seperated that has a forward projection (side support) style like the Curvy Kate Victory Balcony bra or the Panache Allure Full Cup Bra, when you have a wider set breasts like us, styles that offer side support give us great shape and projection  Big Grin you can do it! Just be patient with yourself I know this all feels like a sorta race but remember this is a very slow process especially if you are doing full on NBE(meaning without any major weight gain elsewhere) it took me a good few trials and errors over the years with my own research to grow from a D/DD to a GG/H, it's only this time that I made a big growth jump from a G to a GG quickly and now my growth is more slower hence I'm reminding myself too to be patient  Heart also remember that just because one person on here says something/finds something that is not supposed to work for NBE doesn't mean it won't work for you, I'm a very good example of that as I've found certain things to have been beneficial to me in the past despite others research saying it shouldn't, we are all individual cases what works for some may not work for you and vice versa!  Heart
