You already see a change?? That is soooo great =) Then of course you should continue using the BO and after you finish you could reconsider depening on your growth =) After all, we should use what works for us!

Well, tomorrow will be day 5 of my cycle.

The first day of my period, was very very very light, hardly anything, but there was spotting, but my period came at its normal usual flow the next day. My period was 5 days late mainly due to the fact that I started eating like a pig, I started having cravings for sweets and junk foods but I have since gotten my cravings under control. .I think I had a 36 day cycle.
I have been taking BB a little over 1.5 months now.
A lot has happened this month.

First, my sister in law left. Even when she did leave, I had a very hard time going back to my regular NBE routine. I still took my BB pills and my 2/day protein shakes and I ate protein foods so I am happy about that. But I just got really really lazy about the noogling. I stopped doing my tigerlilly/fengshui massages and I also stopped using my easy curves exercise workout....I felt so bad and horrible that I couldn't get myself back to my regular NBE routine. But even with all those cut out, I noticed a lot of changes this month. My breasts feel fuller more than ever and are definitley rounding out. I still grew.
I had aches and tingles stronger than usual. For some reason this month, I noticed that my breasts are perkier.

It leaves me to wonder, maybe skipping the NB, massages and exercise kit probably helped me. Who knows? Maybe I was overdoing it?
I will go back to them when I feel like I need to. I will see how I do this month.
I had a shooting pain on my right hip, it was strange, I never feel anything there, lol.

I measured myself and I measure at a little over 33", almost 33 1/4 but not quite, I''ll just say I am 33", so that means I grew a little over 1/4 inch this month.
I was measuring myself a few days before my period (luteal phase swelling) and I was measuring at 33 3/4 inches. It was awesome being that full. But its sad when I deflate when period comes, lol, but as long as I am still growing, I am happy.Big Grin

Congrats girl! I have skipped massages too. I guess we'll never know if it could've contributed to some growth.

But anyway, Good you are growing with your program. Its just a matter of time. Tongue

Congratulations, Melissa!

And yes, I think you may have been overdoing it. If an exercise routine is stressing you out, simplify it.

Well kinda like Isabelle said, if you work out you need to rest to make things growWink I just started my NB, and I could see how it can be addicting, I have a little more detail in my program thread..

Yes beachbum, the NB is addicting!! I was pumping 1-2 hours my first month of using it and then I started pumping 3 hours the second month, sometimes even 4 hours, I went a little crazy, lol!
I have been reading the NB forums and most say overdoing it does not mean faster or better results. I know Lily13 says "slow and steady wins the race".
So when I do go back to noogling, I might try 45 minute sessions and see how I do.

It's day 5!!
I had a growth spurt this month.
I went back to noogling right after I finished my period. I noticed the growth spurt about 1 week after I started back up noogling. I had noogled for 2 months straight, took 1 month off, then went back noggling. I really think that 1 month break helped me. Either that or maybe because I started positioning the NB domes differently. Instead of bending forwards to get the domes on, I just put them on standing upright. I noticed immediately that the tops of my breasts swell way more into the domes than before.

I have also noticed that when I do noogle for the month, (combined with BB pills) , I get more growth.
In September: I noogled, I got almost 1/2 " growth
In October: I didn't noogle, I got 1/4" growth
In November: I noogled, I got almost 3/4" growth

I am going to continue noogling for the month of December. Maybe take a break in January, that way I can repeat my "2 months of noogling and then 1 month off". I want to see if I can get another growth spurt or if that one was just a coincidence.

I have decided that I won't noogle at all when I am on my period. I have noticed that when I do, I get a heavier flow.

I am measuring at 33 3/4".
During my luteal phase swelling, after my noogling sessions, I swelled up to 34 3/4.

Just a few things I forgot to mention.

I have been using a toothpaste that's fluoride free since BB recommends using one with the BB pills. It's called Tom's of Maine, I get it from walmart.

I have not been massaging anymore and I am also not doing my easy curves chest exercises. I will go back to those whenever I feel like I need to. For now, it's just the BB pills, the NB, vitamins, protein shakes, eating mote protein foods and eating apples and bananas.

When i wake up, on an empty stomach, i take my BB pill, then I immediately take Kelp and L-Tyrosine. I wait an hour or more until I eat breakfast.
About an hour after breakfast, I take a protein shake.
A while after lunch, I take 2 spirulina along with a Pre-Natal vitamin. I then follow with a chewable Vitamin C tablet. I take another protein shake a while after I had my lunch, maybe 3 hours later.
Before bed, I take my BB pill.



During my luteal phase, I try to concentrate more on my program. I try to eat more protein, eat apples and bananas and make sure I pump everyday maybe about 2- 3 hours.

I find the apples and bananas thing interesting. I happen to eat a lot of both too. So, I'm curious, what do they do for NBE?
