Hey Syn,
I just wanted to encourage you to eat less sugar and carbs while on NBE. I am so addicted to it but that short time I did manage to cut it down and eat healthy I saw some progress in NBE. I can imagen diet is a big reason for peoples unsuccessful NBE.
I know it is hard but whenever you think about sweets and carbs imagen the "damage" it can do to your breasts. It actually helped me imagingin the sugar breaking down my breasts while I was eye-balling the candy in the store
Best of luck =)

Haha!
I like to imagine my facial hair growing in like that of a man's when I look at sugar. sideburns, full beard and can't forget the wide as a mack truck waist with a happytrail!

@tibentan Ha! That made me laugh!
But since you both put it that way, now I have a more effective reason to avoid sugar! Picturing my breasts getting damaged and growing hair is definitely going to help.
SOME COLLAGEN INFO!
I almost forgot. I'm currently taking collagen type 2 (
ResVitále Collagen Enchance). However, a few days ago I found out that hydrolyzed collagen type 1 and 3 are the main components of skin and connective tissue - something that will obviously help in booby growing. So once I run out of my current collagen supplement I will be switching to a different one (
NeoCell Super Collagen), that one is in powder form and has both collagen type 1 and 3. They also have the pill form with vitamin C in it, but I already have tons of vitamin c left and have a hard time swallowing pills anyways.
Just thought I'd post this info in case it helps anyone!
P.S. I finally posted my current program in my bio.

Thought I'd post this just so I can have a record of what i'm doing:
I usually use the protein my husband regularly buys, but this time I decided to get something else for myself. I bought a weight gainer instead. It's main protein source is soy protein, followed by other quality protein types. So hopefully this will help me gain more weight (paired with weight training of course). Also, since it's main protein source is soy, I decided to stop taking my soy isoflavone pills. Oh and I will be taking this twice a day (4 scoops total) regardless if I workout or not. And that's it!
