Due to having to stop BO I'm starting a new program but with herbs this time. The herbs I will be using are Fenugreek and Fennel seeds. However I will be adding some stuff in with the cream I made such as Cocobut Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E Oil, and Sweet Almond Oil. I'll have the recipe for everything down below.

1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 tablespoon Beeswax
1 capsule Vitamin E Oil (poke a whole in it and squeeze out the oil)
1/2 teaspoon Sweet Almond Oil

For the Fenugreek and Fennel seeds I make a tea out of them first. I do one cup of water, bring that to a low boil, before I put the seeds in I crush the Fennel seeds with the back of a spoon in a bowl to release some of the oils. Put the seeds in, let them simmer for 5 minutes and let cool after. While doing this I start melting the Beeswax and Coconut Oil. Make a double boiler, or if you have one use it.  After those are melted pour them in the container along with the tea you just made with the seeds after cooled off. I used a hand mixer to mix them and added the Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil after and mixed again. Also, I put this in the fridge to keep fresh. This makes enough for 30 days, then make another batch, I plan on using twice a day.

Also, I'm taking Saw Palmetto at night along with this and I'm going to start Noogling. I plan on pumping for 1 hour and gradually increasing the time and massaging before and during also taking a break once a week from Noogling. Drinking lots of water is part of the Noogling process too.

So, in conclusion, I know using Herbs is going to take longer but I'm completely fine with that. For the Noogling I'm going to be sure not to over pump or pump too hard. Even though I did my research on Herbs and Noogling, if anybody has any advice, please give.

Or do they need to be raw? I can't eat flaxseeds raw. They just taste disgusting to me that way.

Lately, I have been making vegan peanut butter pancakes in the morning, with flaxseeds as the egg replacement. Not for NBE, but because I am trying a low-carb diet to see if it helps with my bloating and digestive problems.

But it would be a double win if the flaxseeds can help me on my journey too. I am just not sure if flaxseeds will work the same way if they are cooked?

I understand that you mixed your herbs into the foods you ate, but would I be able to mix the herbs into a shot of water and just take it that way? I have slow digestion, so I feel that the herbs would be more effective 2 hours before and after eating for me.

Also for the teas, can I just mix 2 grams of the herb into water, then follow that by drinking a full glass of soy milk?

Thank you for your help.

ok, I didn’t ever used fenugreek, but maybe i should try it. I know it may cause weight gain and i’m Fat (my weight is ok but my butt and hips are soooo large!) so I don’t want to use pills, but topical creams.
Fenugreek activates adipogenesys, so maybe it’s ok for my boobs.
Someone says it reduces the transformation of testosterone to DHT (and it’s perfect for me, cause I think my androgens are hight...because of acne, black and wide hair on body and nipples, but I haven’t PCOS)
Anyone has tried topical fenugreek?
I also think that progesterone cream can be a good idea for my boobs!
Right now nothing has work, but i don’t give up!
Thank you for your attention!

I'm working on the shape of my breasts. Prior I was a B cup with very little tissue above the nipple. I guess people call this "shallow breasts." Now my breasts are evened out; there is decent tissue above and below the nipple because of what I'm taking but am wondering what if my upper breast tissue continues growing at this rate and I end up with pec like boobs  Huh ...what herbs increase lower breast tissue? I want to have the teardrop shape with upper breast fullness. Is it progesterone what causes lower breast tissue to grow? I just started vitex in addition to other supplements. I don't know how much I should be taking it's 400mg pills so I was thinking once every couple days during luteal phase....but not sure...maybe I should take it throughout my cycle? Is PC better for this? Anyone had experience with different herbs affecting breast shape in different ways?

Thanks!

I am looking for something to boost progesterone while I boost my estrogen to sort of balance it out...

I'm a bit wary of vitex because I read it lowers prolactin. PC seems kind of intense but may give it a go if I'm stalling from what I use now.

I just have maca and tumeric; anything else someone knows of? Should these be good to even out progesterone with estrogenic herbs?

Elo new to herbal regimes. I took PM a couple years back (I tried it several times actually)which always led to really negative side effects after a couple weeks and quitting for my own well being so thought I'd put together a routine with stuff I've (mostly) had in the past for no reason other than health with no neg effects but all together now for NBE

Ok so priorites equally in this ingredient list are my health and well being and NBE
I plan on taking these daily together with exception of 1 week a month

From a symptom checker; it showed I was "very likely" to have low tesosterone and low estrogen was likely as well .though I guess the symptoms overlap...I feel I am much more likely to be low testosterone atm.

I am starting at a 30c which sounds big but it looks more like a b because I'm deflated now above the nipple; before breastfeeding I looked between a large very full c and small d. I'd like to get back to around a dcup or maybe a little bigger. but I mostly want a better shape, I lost all upper pole fullness and I miss the roundness I had before. I cannot really commit to anything but diet changes though; will try to massage in the shower if I remember.

Here's what I have and plan to use together

I am somewhere around 108lb

Ground Flaxseed 20-40g/day
Organic Cooked Soy Flour 20-40g/day (got this combo idea from a program of someone else here ^ ^ but Ive had a good deal of flax and soy in my life so I imagine I'll tolerate it well)
Fenugreek  Seed (ground) 1/2-2 tsp/day(took this for bit and my body responded well to it, even thought the mapley smell was nice..i just ditched it after under a month for PM :'()
Maca 1/2-2tsp/day (hopefully with give me more energy, normalize testosterone, and/or give me a bigger booty ^ ^..and read it goes well w fenugreek)

Not sure about the doses I should start with on the fenugreek and maca..

I plan to use the stronger dose of all the above for 2 weeks, a half cut dose of all the above for 2 weeks; then a week of nothing. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

other stuff I plan on using daily: oats, 1 cap ashwaghanda, 1 drop lavender oil applied to my temples, cup of organic soymilk, vegan collagen alternative, probiotics, melatonin as needed (I have insomnia most days)

I really like the sound of this plan because with exception of the maca which I've never tried all of this stuff works great with my body; I feel good using them.

Do these typically mesh well for NBE? Does anyone know if these will work well together, and not cancel eachother out or something?

hi there. I’m not a skinny girl, my tummy is big, but i have less that an A cup (AAA or AA maybe...i’m totally flat)
Pumps didn’t work, PM and borrage oil didn’t work (but they incresed my cellulite!!!!)
So, last chance of herbal enhancement: eat flaxseeds. Now i’m eating 30gr of grounded flaxseeds Each day (not more ‘cuz i don’t wanna gain a lot of weight), i put them in soy milk or coconut juice.
HAs anyone tried and get results?

I read that flaxseeds has an antiestrogenic action and can help to reduce breast size (this is terrible!!! Omg...) what do u think about?

I’m also using creams for promote fat storage, but maybe don’t work. I’m using volufiline creams but my boobs are the same (anyway it’s just 30 days)

I'm still researching things like pumpkin seed oil and pygeum for the purpose of lowering my dht. They are supposedly both great for this in men or women.. However it seems they also RAISE free testosterone (by means of lowering shbg). So, does this mean that for a solid nbe plan we need to take a dht blocker AND something else to reduce free T??? Slightly confused ... Huh  as usual. Rolleyes
