Is it safe to take herbs while on antidepressants and will they work while on antidepressants? I cannot find much on this subject. My concern is that the herbs could make my antidepressants less effective or that taking antidepressants would make the herbs less effective. 

The big one I can find not to take is St. John's Wart, as it could even be deadly to take it while on antidepressants. I have been looking online for a chart where I can just enter the name of what I take for my depression and the name of each herb at a time to see if there is any interaction, but I cannot find anything like this?

If anyone knows of a chart like this, can you please let me know?

Just added this to my programme and wondered if anyone had tried it? Taking it for low mood/anxiety as well as hoping for breast growth and clear skin. It's not one of the better known herbs, but I came across it and thought it was worth trying.  Anyone else tried this?

Does Agnus Castus raise progesterone or estrogen? 

This helped my skin a lot but did nothing for my breasts.  It gave me headaches on the days leading up to ovulation, up until I ovulated.  What would be the reason for this? If estrogen peaks at ovulation, this seems like a sign of estrogen dominance, but I was on Vitex which is meant to raise progesterone and balance out the high estrogen?  However it was only on Vitex that I had headaches at this time - off the pill my skin got worse before ovulation but I didn't have headaches.  Does this mean Vitex wasn't boosting my progesterone and levelling out my estrogen as it's meant to? It seems it raised the estrogen due to the symptoms, but is this possible if it's a progesterone herb? 

I'm very confused by this! Was it just the brand I was taking? What does it mean for estrogen/progesterone dominance or levels?

I've been scrolling through this site for a few days and it seems that the strategy to increase your breast size with herbs is to take those kinds of herbs that will help you to balance your hormone levels. Well, according to my test results, all of my hormonal levels are completely fine. So I suppose my incredibly small chest is nothing but an outcome of bad genetics (probably from my aunt, who also considers herself "flat", but she still has like twice as big breast as me, lol).
If so, is there actually any herbal program that would make any difference for me? I thought I'd just increase my estrogen and somehow made myself "estrogen dominant", but from what I've read here, it may actually be more harmful than helpful. Guess I'll have to rely on noogleberry, sigh.

I did a search for the term in this forum and came up with only a couple of old threads.

When I was trying to breastfeed my kids, I tried soooooo many galactagogues that did practically nothing for me.  (Which is why I don't see the point in trying some of them again for NBE now, like fenugreek).  The one thing I took that definitely helped a ton though was moringa oleifera powdered leaf.  Just taking a few capsules would almost immediately result in milk engorgement.

Now, lactation and breast growth are NOT the same thing.  Not really.  It is very probable that the reason that moringa is so amazing for lactation is because of the high levels of vitamins and nutrients in it, and the nutritional boost may have a lot to do with the milk boost.

But it's POSSIBLE that it could be linked, no?  Many of the same herbs that are recommended for lactation are also recommended for NBE.

I was wondering whether ingestion could help, or maybe making the powder into a massage lotion with an oil or aloe, or both?  The powder is VERY green.  You'd definitely want to do it in the shower or something. 

Curious if anyone had heard anything about moringa from other reading or other forums.

I've been taking fenugreek for a month now and it gives me really strong maple syrup smell even after small dosage. As going around smelly isn't really something I am happy about, I was thinking if there's any herb that would have same or at least very similar effect for breast growth as fenugreek without that infamous smell?

Hi!

I am really excited to start my NBE journey!


However, I keep reading mixed thoughts about using some herbs (particularly Saw Palmetto and PM) together with the birth control pill. 
For now I've decided to just use fenugreek, fennel and maca for my routine.
I definitely wouldn't wanna get pregnant now, so does anyone have any experience taking these herbs with their pill?

I normally prefer to lurk but I've been checking out the details of this very interesting program for a couple of weeks now. The kit contains 16 weeks worth of a program geared to breast enhancement.

Hey everyone! Im new here and need help. I have tubular breasts and want to change them. Surgery is very costly and not in my budget right now. I hope Im a good candidate for NBE. 

I do love my boobs when the areola/nipple are hard. They look perfect! But once soft, they are super puffy and alter the shape of my boobs.

Except a little less development underneath and on top (when areola is soft) when they are hard, they round out and look nice. I dont mind having puffies, one is just a bit larger than the other. Im hoping to grow my breasts, give a better shape, and if I can reduce my areola a bit that would be great too. 

Any help/advice is much appreciated!
