Hii, I'm interested in taking Wonderup... but my bmi is 16.5 (no, i'm not anorexic... just very tall and slim).
I have been trying to get my weight up... so should I wait until my bmi is higher to begin taking wonderup? or should I start now and take wonderup while i try to gain more weight?
How much does bmi affect growing results? Is there a minimum bmi I should get to before taking WU?
Also... as background info.. I have tried natureday liquid before. I took it for 7 months and got fuller... but not any larger. Any suggestions for me?

I am user of PM. However after 6 months of using I am planning to switch my NBE ingredient and was thinking of hops.
I know many had success with Wonder Up but these pills have some ingredients that I can't take (ginseng). So I was thinking of The Natural Push Up or Erdic....
Have anyone actually used it?????

I started using kelp for about 1 week and I got sick. I don't know if it was from the kelp or just me. I usually don't get sick often at all so I looked it up. Some ppl says kelp has a detoxing effect and loosens up mucus in the lungs. That was exactly what I got. cough and mucus. didn't get a fever or anything. Just the itchy throat, cough, then the mucus. Lasted about 5 days and then now everything's fine. Just wondering if anyone else got this while starting on kelp

I am new to the forum and need some advice.
I have breastfed 2 children and have lost size and shape and would love to get back to the size i was before my children.
I would like some opinions on what works best, i have been looking on here for some time but i have not got alot of time to understand it all.
What herbs should i be using and how many do i take. Ultra breast sound interesting, is that good?
I would like a prompt response if possible as like i state, i have very little time.

Hi everyone
I read the case of someone geting spider veins from taking herbs, could it also cause red dots (the ones with broken capilaries)? I noticed I got a lot of them since I started NBE, especially on and around my breasts and arms.
I´ve just been taking fenugreek, red clover, epo (also took sp until a month ago), also massage with wild yam and fenugreek.

Ok so I started taking herbs for 3 weeks then took a week off. Before i was taking high dosages and noticed pains and slight growing and when i took a break i had really strong pains right away so I thought that ment I was taking too much. Then I stated fresh with a lower dosage for 3 more weeks with some slight feeling of growth and they were starting to feel bigger. When I took my week off I didn't feel any pains. Does that mean I'm at the right dosage now? I thought the strong pains before ment I was over doing it, but should I feel some pains the week off or not? Should I ramp up a little? I've been reserching on here and I'm reading alot of different things about stalling so I'm hoping someone can explain it clearly for me. I'd really apreciate it! I don't want to break so often anymore because I think I'll get better results, but I'm trying to get my dosage right first. I don't want to stall...

Has any one got any other suggestions?
Also am finding VERY difficult to get herbs in liquid extract form? Any help with where to get them or how to make them would be greatly appreciated!

I have been reading a lot of this information the past couple weeks, and trying to figure out what routine would work best for me. First of all, I took the hormone imbalance test, and I figured out I am estrogen deficient, excess androgens, and cortisol deficient. Can you help me out and tell me what herbs would be the best for me? I tried to search the old forum, but the only other post I found similar had no replies as everybody else seems to be estrogen dominant. First of all, I am 26 years old, 5'5", 115lbs, caucasian, and a 34B. I would like to be a full C though. Here is what I have planned:
Fenugreek - start at 1500 mg
Wild Yam - ?mg
Red Clover - small dosage
Flax Seed Oil - ?mg
Nettle Root - ?mg
I haven't found much info on how many mg's of wild yam, flax seed oil, and nettle root to take, so I will probably just follow the directions on the bottle to begin with. Then I plan on upping the dosage over time until I feel the effect, like has been suggested by others here. I also eat healthy, exercise regularly, and plan on doing the Chi massage with breast cream twice per day. Am I leaving anything else out?
One other question though, what is the best cycle to do for such herbs? Three months on, one month off?

Is anyone finding that herbs are giving them bad breath?
I am taking Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto and Red Clover/Fennel and particularly in the night, I wake up and my mouth just reeks of these herbs.
During the day I can also taste the residue of the herbs mostly all the time, unless I'm eating.
I worry it's giving me terrible breath, and is bad for me in some way!
Does anyone know a way to get round this? And are other people finding the same thing?
