Ok, I feel... enough is enough, it has been...two and half month that I have absolutely no growth at all. 4-8hours pumping, day after day, no social life, most importantly, no growth, no light at the end of the tunnel...

I am thinking of taking some herbs, but worrying about the side effect, for example, breast cancer. As I believe that all the herbs grow boobs by increasing the estrogen level in your body, and too much of estrogen might increase the chance of getting breast cancer. Of cause, people may not notice a breast cancer straight away, but how about in the long run?

I'd like to hear everyone's opinion.

I was just curious about beer, I've seen on here that beer is on the no-no list of breast growth foods, but i also know that hops have enhancing properties, does anyone happen to know why beer itself is not good?
I'm not a big drinker anyway but I do prefer beer over hard alcohol, so I would like to know if I should find a new drink of choice!

HI, I am going to use EPO or olive oil and want to either steep it in fennel or fenugreek. Should I use powder and just mix it in or do I have to leave the herb soaking in the EPO?

does anyone know if you can use castor oil in place of olive oil to steep fenugreek?

My wife would like to try natural herbal treatment for breast enhancement, We are exercising on a regular basis and eating healthly, but after three children she feels that no amount of exercise will regain her previous shape. My wife knows that with age nothing is going to be the way it was but the results from the exercising are good but as the weight is coming off her breasts are losing their fullness. Has anyone used this treatment? What were the results? Any side effects? If results were good was this permament or did the effects go after a course ended?

well, I bought this herbal supplement before that had all the right stuff in it (fenugreek, don quai, fennel seeds, wild yam, etc) and i took it for about three months and gave up because i was not only not having any visible progress, but i wasnt even feeling any sensations AT ALL.

well i still had a 5 months supply of this stuff left and i just recently started taking it again.. and WOW. its only been a week and from the first day i've been feeling this constant pulsing in my breasts all day long. they're really sensative and i feel as though they are already looking fuller. and when i look down they definitely stick out further. and well, the only difference between now and then is that i've quit smoking pot. i don't know why it never occured to me before that it may be interfering, but i haven't changed ANYTHING else in my habits. and its suddenly making a huge difference. not sure if anyone else out there has thought about this or even how many of you even smoke, but if you do STOP NOW!!!!
