What do you think? It seems like a pretty "natural" product...apparently it contains "fat trapping binders".

Hello everybody.   If anyone has any advice for this I'd greatly appreciate it.
I am estrogen dominant and high testosterone.  My doctor has me on vitex although I heard on here 500 mg would be better to take than 1000 mg. Any clarifications on this would be great.  Currently I am supposed to be taking vitex and progesterone cream at 20 mg.  I take both of those, but I also added more to my program and am now unsure whether I should or not.  I have read that it is best to stick with that for 6 months and then add to it.
I have added saw palmetto, licorice root, spearmint, fenugreek, primrose oil, red maca, gingko biloba, kelp, msm, multi vitamin, fish oil, flaxseed oil, GI fortify (for stomach problems), probiotics, iron supplement, vitamin d3, 5 htp.
Sometimes I have been doing chicken feet broth but lately have not made it and mean to make more.
My concern is that I'm adding too much too soon... mainly with the herbs like licorice root, spearmint, fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red maca. I know that a few people have grown just on vitex but not sure how long I should test this before adding anything else.  If any of you can help me decide what the best thing to do is I'd really appreciate it.

After doing some research I found out that beta sitosterol (a plant sterol found in certain foods and herbs) is a 5-AR inhibitor and can lower DHT. Sounds like it could be good for NBE especially for those who want to block DHT. Instead of taking anti-androgenic herbs, one could simply take beta-sitosterol pills, I suppose (or you could just take a phytoestrogen that contains it, like aguaje or pueraria mirifica). I'm wondering though if beta-sitosterol has any effect on estrogen? Some sources claim that it boosts estrogen but there seems to be conflicting info. Anyone  know more about beta sitosterol and has anyone taken it?

All you need is:
1 cup of FG sprouts 
A dash or two of:

• Anise
  
• Basil
  
• Fennel
  
• Licorice
  
• Caraway
  
• Dill
  
• Lemongrass
  
• Marjoram
  

Boil it in two cups of water let it cool and add honey and lemon juice (for taste).
Drink one or two cups a day.

The key of it is FG so don't worry if you can't get a hand of some ingredient but make sure FG is there.

I am curious as to what changes in the breast have been observed by others who use sublingual peony root extract, including growth of the aerola and nipple.  I am also curious as to what dosages others have used to increase breast size.   If you use peony root capsules or cream, I would also like to know what breast size effects and dosage were involved.  Many thanks to anyone who responds to this question.

This store has a large amount of supplies, herbs, oils, vitamins of all kind, including lots of NBE stuff. Never heard of it before last week, I think it's new on the market. I made my first purchase, did not arrive yet, but the prices are excellent and the shipping cost too. Also, there's some good comments about it.

Hi Everyone, 

I have a couple of questions regarding Pueraria Mirifica which I introduced in my program about 5 days ago. 
Since then, I have experienced two things: 
Lots of hunger and some hair loss. 

Has anyone experienced those side effects, obviously the first one doesn't bother me as much, but the second one...


I also have a question regarding Progesterone cream, what's the best way to apply it? Is directly on the breast a good idea?

Ive been taking spearmint for about 3 weeks now to reduce the dht in my body. Let me just say that i went from 34 inches to 35.7!!! I am so happy and thrilled to see growth. I just wanted to tell everyone about my growth lol
