MSM is used widely as a supplement and has shown to have various benefits.

A few of these includes:
-relieves constipation
-helps with muscular aches and pains such as menstrual pain and back pains
-for hormonal balance
-helps heal skin conditions such as: acne, psoriasis, and skin rashes, to help lighten skin and reduce melasma, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation, to ease the reduction of wrinkles and stretch marks by increasing collagen in the skin and skin elasticity
-improves gut health and also to aid in the absorption of nutrients
-increases energy
-reduces inflammation in the body
-induces hair and nail growth
-helps improve arthritis
-aids in detoxification in the body and boost liver performance
-boosts glutathione in cancer patients as well as already healthy individuals. **Keeping yourself healthy, boosting your performance, preventing, and aging well all depend on keeping glutathione levels high. It is critical for immune function and controlling inflammation. It is the master detoxifier and the body’s main antioxidant, protecting our cells and making our energy metabolism run well. (https://thetruthaboutcancer.com/what-is-glutathione/)

For all of the above reasons, is why I started taking MSM. I didn't know until much later that MSM is also taken because in certain cases it has also been linked to breast enlargement/growth. Currently, there is no clear scientific hypothesis to why MSM increases women's breasts size. Of course, there are theories, from DNA methylation to keratin and collagen formation, and also due to MSM ability to balance hormones, but they are still only theories. There aren't any definitive studies on why this happens.

If you do plan on taking MSM, I suggest that you make sure you get a high-quality brand that is derived from distillation (distillation is far superior that crystallization). I prefer to use OptiMSM because it is quadruple distilled and guaranteed for purity (it is sold on various websites/stores under different brands and prices. If it is OptiMSM it will say so somewhere on the label). But please make sure you don't buy MSM that is sourced from China or that has anticaking agents in it which will prevent you from receiving the many benefits of MSM. ONLY BUY PURE MSM WITH NO FILLERS!!

It is advised to start dosage low in the beginning of taking MSM to give your body some time to adjust. What I did when I first started taking MSM is I took 1/4 tsp on the first day, the second day I took 1/4 tsp in the morning and then again at night, I did that for a few days then I bumped it up to 1/2 tsp morning and night. Back then I eventually increased it to the point where I was taking 1 full heaped tsp morning and night, so over 2 tsp a day. Somedays I would even take an extra tsp midday. During that time, I had no adverse effects. On the contrary, I had a definitive increase in overall health and in bust growth. Now I take about 1 tsp a day, and I split it up through out the day. MSM has been shown to be safe taken at high quantities, some people take up to 3 tbsp a day or higher, with doctors saying that MSM is no more toxic than water. Clinical research studies have found that the effective amounts range from about 1.5 grams to 6 grams (and depending on what you are taking MSM for will determine how much you need to take).

When I take MSM I like to make sure it is fully dissolved in water and that way it is virtually tasteless. I notice that sometimes when I try to dissolve it in juice, I can taste it a little (has a mildly bitter taste). NOTE: MSM is highly volatile at high temperatures, so don't put it in hot drinks because it will just evaporate with the steam. It's best to put it into cool room temperature beverages. If you put it in ice cold water, you will still get the benefits but it may take a longer time for it to dissolve so you might end up tasting some of that bitterness.

MSM has so many benefits I couldn't possibly list them all, but if you want to learn more, this is a good place to start:

I actually have 2 questions. First: can somebody recommend other pro-aromatases besides white peony and flaxseeds? I think these two are listed as pro-aromatases on Lotus' FAQ - Supplements for breast growth thread.

My second question: is a pro-aromatase really needed for NBE? Or does it depend on the individual? I think there are many ladies who are taking herbs for increasing estrogen etc. who are not taking an aromatase (for converting T to E). What are your thoughts?

There's an old thread on the forum about this topic but the matter hasn't really been cleared and other ladies were/are still also confused:

http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=25689

Saw Palmetto does lower testosterone/DHT but apparently it also lowers estrogen. If this is the case, I don't see how it would be effective for NBE? Maybe it's more for women who are estrogen dominant?

Anyone took/taking saw palmetto? Please share your thoughts.

I received my Greenbush Breast Enhancement Kit in the mail today and I wanted to start a thread solely focusing on documenting my journey and progress/results on it.

Kit includes:
--300 capsules of an herbal blend of Fenugreek, Wild Yam, and Saw Palmetto.
--4 fluid Oz of enhancement blend extracts that contain Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, and Wild Yam.

--100 bags of Bust Tea which includes a blend of fenugeek, licorice root, fennel, caraway, dill, basil, anise, marjoram, and lemongrass. *This didn't come with the kit, but I went ahead and bought it.

--I also bought their massage oil for stretch marks (ugh!) but I might use it on my breasts as well. We'll see.

Dosage: Not sure how much I will eventually take because I want to feel my way out as I go. But I plan on starting off low and then ramping up to what I think would be an effective dosage by how my body responds. It's important to note that effective dosages differ from person to person, but if you take too low of a dosage to effect your body then all you're doing is wasting time and money because no matter how long you took a low dosage of herbs for, it will never produce any quantifiable results. I'll keep this thread updated with how much I decide to take.

Cycling: Not sure if I will start to cycle immediately or wait until the second month (it definitely depends on how my menstrual cycle is affected while on this program), but when and if I cycle, I know it will be a simple cycling plan. Probably something like 3 weeks on and 1 week off. Or I might try to monitor my follicular and luteal phases and cycle based on that. I'll update when I figure it out.

Reasons why I chose Greenbush: Initially, I was weary of taking herbs from NBE, and I didn't see myself doing so. But from everything that I researched, I really like the company and pureness of their formula, and their no bullshit marketing. I love the price point (I found a discount code for 10% online and everything was already on sale, so I ended up only paying like 63 bucks (including tea and massage oil) for what should be at least a 2 months supply, depending on how I use it, of course). I also really like that most people seem to say good things about the company, and their testimonies seem authentic. They have an excellent customer service that is ready and open to helping their customers, and I was really impressed with how they shipped out my package so quickly and sent it with Priority delivery. I was also pleased with how the products were all packaged in bubble wrap, and how they sent me a packet of detailed info on how to use their herbs as well as other products on their website, which was definitely helpful.

Anything else?: I suffer from asymmetrical breasts, so I'm currently noogling my right, smaller breast until it catches up with my left. So far I've had great results, and I plan on continuing using my NB while on this program along with my DIY massage oil, but only on my right breast. However, I don't plan on focusing on anything but Greenbush on this thread. I have a separate thread documenting my progress with NB, so check that out if you're interested and if you have any questions about that please don't comment with it on this thread. If you're curious to know how long I've been doing NBE, things I've tried and what has worked for me and what hasn't, and the other things about my diet, exercise, and lifestyle as well as supplements I like to take, I recommend clicking on my profile and reading my Bio and Program (which I try to update regularly).

Stay posted as I plan on documenting my journey below!

Okay, so this is more of me posing a question than creating a guide, but I'm hoping someone would comment and enlighten/help me and others understand the importance and benefits of cycling herbs, how cycling works synergistically with your body/hormones, what herbs should you commit to cycling, what does a well balanced cycling plan look like and how many periods of cycling should you do, is cycling herbs even that big of a deal, and how and why cycling herbs can be helpful to produce better results with NBE.

To me, cycling seems to require a lot more forethought and effort, and I know that I personally can't commit to cycling herbs without knowing the why of it. I'm still not sure if it's something I will end up doing, but I am highly curious, and I want to give my breasts the bet shot at growing, and if this helps then sign me up already! I just don't want to start off on the wrong foot and do it wrong, so having a fundamental knowledge of this is a must for me. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please walk me through this in the simplest of terms. Lotus or anybody who has a deep understanding of this?

Of course, I've tried researching all of this for myself, but I've ran into a lot of confusing explanations and conflicting information. Or worse, I've read articles telling you how to cycle but not why which isn't very helpful to me gaining an understanding of this system. I've also seen that some cycling plans are as simple as a certain set of herbs for follicular phase and a different blend of herbs for luteal phase. But then too, I've seen some that are more involved and require a different blend of herbs for the beginning of your menstruation, the end of your menstruation, the rest of follicular phase, ovulation is the only period where you take nothing, luteal phase, during luteal swelling, and also a set of herbs to be taken consistently throughout each phase. Do you guys understand why I'm so confused?? lol

So please help me to understand this and thanks so much in advance! And if someone wants to start a thread on a Beginner's guide to cycling herbs, then by all means please do so!

Okay, so I read somewhere that it is best to start taking herbs for NBE on the first day of your cycle. I'm not sure why this is, and the article I was reading really didn't elaborate on why either. If anyone has any insight on this, I would greatly appreciate your comments. I plan on starting my first foray into herbal pills and I'm a little nervous but excited too! I just want to make sure I start on the right foot though, so any and all advice is welcome!

Note: I don't plan on cycling herbs. I plan on taking a consistent dosage. I just bought the greenbush breast enhancement kit along with their bust tea online, and I'm expecting it to arrive soon.

**Special thanks and shout out to ArwenofGondor for mentioning and sharing this product and her results because I probably never would have discovered it if she didn't! <3 Of course, I also did a lot of research on the company and read lots of other testimonies, and I feel confident and hopeful about my purchase!

Hello All! So I recently started my herbal NBE journey. I wasn't really cycling anything. I was eating fenugreek seeds and taking saw palmetto and a powder mixture of rice bran, vitex, and kelp by mouth for around 2 weeks. I started this mostly because I wanted to even out my cycle. I just got off the combo Pill after being on it for 5 years and had the copper IUD placed in December 2016. I was experiencing really heavy flow almost every 2 weeks for three cycles. I had my last period end on March 8th and started the herbs march 10th. (I legit bled from Jan 2-12, Jan 31-Feb 8, Feb 28 -March 8). So it's officially been four weeks since I bled last.

"WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE ?" I wondered...
I unfortunately got boobie greed the second I saw growth and threw that balance cause out the window. I ordered greenbrush herbs because I had heard wonderful things about them and even though I'd done a bunch of research on cycling herbs to be more healthy, I read on their website that you should just be consistent for great results and I loved how I didn't have to take a million of different things. So of course I started taking the GB capsules and extract (includes saw palmetto, fenugreek, and wild yam) everyday 3 times a day (and even upped the dosage after a week because I couldn't believe the growth.) I also drank their bustea every other day. So way more herb than those first two weeks.

I HAVE almost increased a full cup size from taking it for almost 2 weeks BUT now I'm almost a full month out from having a period, and I'm worried that introducing all these herbs and not being consistent with anything for more than a week screwed up my pretty consistent cycle I had going. I stopped the all herbs because I realized my mistake, and will start cycling the herbs to match my body's natural rhythm once I (hopefully) start my period. I just want things to start moving, if you know what I mean!

I feel wonderful from the greenbrush, besides the anxiety that comes with not getting your period as a young woman who is NOT ready for a child... My friends tell me I'm being insane since the copper IUD has a .1% failure rate, and I know its in the right place, AND I also use condoms (with the exception of one time, which is 100% of the reason I'm freaking). I'm also worried in my mind because I am considering the possibility that if I AM pregnant, then that is the actual cause of my breast growth (but I feel like it would be insane to experience a full cup size growth in under two weeks from that?) IM CLUELESS HERE!

This is partial venting and partial hoping you all can share how herbs have changed or delayed your menstrual cycles? Any and all experience would be so appreciated. I saw one thread of a girl on here who started taking greenbrush and her period was delayed THREE WEEKS. So insane!

Sorry for the long post!

Hello,

I am hoping someone with more knowledge can please advise me on what to do....I am currently using flaxseed oil only and having great results!
I was waiting on a shipment of pueraria mirifica and I was going to take two pills a day 500mg each pill....one morning and one night.

However when I looked online it suggests not to take flaxseed and PM together as they are both doing the same thing? Would this be correct.

Also I started to take DIM supplement to help with some breakouts on my face and it has helped but I am wondering if this may be stopping the absorption of the extra estrogen I am taking via the PM or Flaxseed

So if anyone can please tell me is it safe to take flaxseed 5-10mg oil a day plus 2 x 500mg of PM and also 100mg of DIM.

I would very much appreciate any advice as I am getting conflicting information online.

Thank you in advance x

I recently found out about DIM (thank you Ella, Pink Chiffon and Hannah <3). From what I understood, I think it's better for someone who is estrogen dominant. It "balances" estrogen and flushes out harmful estrogens from the liver.

Some sites claim that DIM lowers estrogen but then to my surprise many sources state that DIM is actually the most powerful plant anti-androgen and that it isn't an anti-estrogen:

http://atpscience.com/dim-diindolylmetha...-androgen/

Maybe DIM both lowers estrogen and androgens (sort of like saw palmetto)? Any thoughts, any experiences with DIM?

According to the above link, DIM is great for PCOS sufferers, hirsutism, excess testosterone which makes it sound appealing but the fact that it could lower estrogen sounds a bit contradictory......
