I bought a new protein powder since it had L-arginine, Lysine and other great amino acids for breast health/growth but the font for soy was small enough were my poor eyesight couldn't see it and I had a very bad allergic reaction. I wonder if anyone else has suggestions for non soy whey protein powders (cheap if you will)?
Also if not what would you recommend other than whey protein? Can it be Just protein? I'm taking Swanson BO if that helps! Thanks
Hi everyone,
Many studies claim that spearmint can lower/block androgens (some sites say you'd need to drink at 2-4 cups a day) so a couple of weeks ago I started drinking spearmint tea (only 1 cup a day) as I've suffered from PCOS and testosterone's always been on the high side. I think lowering testosterone would help breast growth but spearmint tea is making me nauseous and really upsetting my stomach so I need to stop.
I don't like herbs, we don't get along and do not want to take herbal pills. I thought some herbal tea would be "lighter" but looks like I can't even tolerate spearmint tea! I tried eating flaxseeds but they break me out.....strong stuff! I'm going to drink fennel tea maybe every other day. I'm not sure about drinking it every single day. Could it be harmful to drink herbal tea every day?
Can anyone think of anything else that one could eat/drink to lower testosterone, that isn't a herb or that doesn't have any unpleasant side effects? I think somebody on the forum mentioned vitamin B? Any suggestions?
I tried posting this in the "NBE general discussion" section by the way but for some reason it keeps blocking me.
Hi All!
What type for fenugreek do you guys use? fresh sprouts/boiled seed tea/powdered seed/powdered seed extract/seed infused oil...
Would you dose them differently and do they have different strengths?
I bought 1kg seeds which I ate as sprouts daily throughout the month along with a few drops of infused olive oil at night, then make a tea with fennel (1 tsp of each daily) during luteal phase. I have grown a little, definitely better shape and more fullness on top but this took over 6 months and I had some problems with horrible vomiting and gastric pain on ov day three times so I no longer take herbs around that week as I don't really know what caused it and it seemed suspicious only on that one day a month
Hi everyone,
I'm definitely going to try collagen (marine collagen by the way is the most effective, the best one. Did some research!) but I am also interested in MSM (though some claim to have experienced unwanted side effects).
Do you think it's ok to take both at the same time? MSM apparently boosts collagen production so I wouldn't want to overdose and become a big blob of collagen or something. Seriously, I don't know if too much collagen could be a problem.
I'm probably going to just take collagen on its own but as time goes by and I want to speed things up, MSM does seem interesting.
There seem to be quite a few testimonials claiming that MSM is effective and promotes growth. What are your thoughts?
Hello everyone,
Might sound like a dumb question so forgive my ignorance! I think I know the answer but I'm not 100% sure.
If I start massaging with flaxseed oil for example, will it be like I'm eating flaxseeds? Does the oil penentrate in your body and have the same effect? I guess anything you rub on your skin would eventually enter your pores and your body, right?
I wanted to start massaging with flaxseed oil but I'm worried because a few months ago, I started eating flaxseeds and they made my skin terrible (acne flare outs). Do you think applying the oil on my breasts, would have the same effect or to a lesser degree?
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if plant based/marine based collagen is as good as animal collagen? I have a feeling animal-derived collagen would be more effective but if you have any thoughts/experience please share!
Hey everyone!
I just finished my luteal phase and I'm currently on my Day 3 of follicular phase. I started using PC on my last 3 days of luteal phase and Day 1 of my follicular phase. My menses started later that day and I applied the PC early morning before going to work.
My question is should I be taking any fenugreek supplement pills and/or fennel tea during my first 7 days of follicular phase and then stop at the beginning of my luteal phase?
I am estrogen dominant and I'm not sure if fenugreek and fennel tea would be ineffective. I read on many articles it helps and it doesn't help so it makes me unsure. I was going to go without any herb supplement and just stick to PC during luteal phase, but I want to maximize the potential growth
I would really appreciate it someone would be kind enough to read my post and help me.
Thank you
What do y'all think of this study? I have started to eat a lot more berries & cherries since reading about this study because anthocyanins have many health benefits & if they are also estrogenic, well that just adds to the awesomeness of them.

Hello I am close to starting a program at the moment and was interested in L-Arginine. Have you guys tried it? How much do you take and what brand has worked for you?

Hi. So i always said if i was going to take PM it would be the way the native thais consumed it! As in Tea.. So i brought the tea and it arrived.
Then i see this on the package and i dont understand what it means? It says 50-150mcg per day but doesnt say what the total amount in the package is.. Its a bag of PM slices (actual root) so how many slices equate to 50-150mg? Ive asked Siam naturals so waiting a reply.
The scary bit is the warning re "DO NOT TAKE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, A MALE OR IF TUMOURS ARE PRESENT".... Which would indicate theres a high estrogen risk there... And here i was thinking pure authentic PM root would balance our estrogens to good not add to it...
