Blush hello! I'm new here and a few weeks ago started taking 3 and now uped it to 4 capsules of fenugreek a day and 2 capsules of saw palmetto a day. When should I start seeing results? I'm thinking about adding in fennel seeds as well.

Any suggestions would be great!

I have been looking everywhere and have had no luck finding hops in powder form, does anyone have any links? If you can point me in the right direction, that would be great. :)

Hi Smile  My therapist keeps insisting I take an anxiety med and she suggests one called Celexa, which she puts is a "SSRI for chronic anxiety" and I figure taking meds would cause a problem in NBE especially the herbal route.  So my question is would this for sure cause interactions or even be dangerous to take with herbs? I'm not completely sure I want to take it because of this reason.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi everyone,

So I was thinking about starting a new programme and would consist of:

starting off with chasteberry (so that I could balance my hormones)

Then taking:

Bovine ovary (to create a second puberty)

Collagen (to help tighten the skin and connective tissue which will help to firm and lift the breasts)

Fenugreek (a phytoestrogen for breast growth)

Saw Palmetto ( from what I've read, its a anti-androgen and will reduce the amount DHT in your body. DHT is a male hormone that can slow down or prevent breast growth).

These herbs/supplements will be taken in addition to using the noogleberry for an hour twice a day.

Does this sound like an effective but more importantly a safe routine?

N.B. I don't know what my hormone levels are as I'm not sure where I could get it tested

Hello sweets!

I am thinking in doing a detox week for improving my health but I don't know which herbs contribute to digestive-system cleaning and balancing the body. I have heard lemon, cilantro, dandelion tea all together works wonderfully but I'd to know other ways and of course your opinion about this.

I want to do it one before christmas, I guess the last week of November and the next one would be in January : the main reason is I'm taking meds (mirtazapine) and I have adult acne (??? wtf I'm almost 23 years old) so I need to rebalance all my body again.

PS: Do you think adult acne can be healed through a good diet ??

Have a great weekend everyone, lots of love! Blush

Hi everyone!

I have been reading your posts for a while. So much useful information and you all seem so nice and helpful!

Instead of lurking, I decided to join the forum  Smile

For the past couple of months I have been eating a big spoon of flaxseeds every day. I also do massages (Chi and Deer) every day. Now, I thought the flaxseeds were working but I'm not sure anymore if it's my imagination or if it's because I'm about to get my period, that my breasts are slightly more swollen.

I did a lot of research on flaxseeds and am utterly confused. Do flaxseeds make breasts bigger or smaller??? There are endless amounts of sites that indicate that flaxseeds help reduce breast size, because they lower estrogen or something. I even read articles by certified doctors. This is really worrying me because I am an A cup. If flaxseeds should decrease breast size....yikes!

Have any of you had any experience with flaxseeds (good or bad)?? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you and happy growing!

Hey everyone !

I've decided to try taking some saw palmetto to try and help with my breast growth but I realize I ordered saw palmetto berries (the brand is nature's way). I now realize that I was supposed to order saw palmetto extract.

Should I just return the pills I've bought? Or will the berries help? If so, how much should I start out with a day? They are 585mg per pill.

Thanks!

I read a lot of things about balancing hormones with Vitex, but then I saw something that said Vitex reduces prolactin. Now I'm confused because I thought massage helps breast growth by increasing prolactin, so how could Vitex help with NBE if it reduces one of the things needed for growth? Am I way off here? Can Vitex actually help with breast growth or does it hinder it?

I am new here, still trying to take notes and figure out how I want to go about this NBE. I have a few bottles of Greenbush Naturals enhancement liquid, but now I am wondering if it wouldn't be better for me to try a balancing herb first. I also have a set of Chinese cupping for the breasts that I bought forever ago and just haven't really used because they left big red marks on my chest when I tried to use them. I guess I am just overwhelmed with so much information and don't really know where to start. Any advice is very appreciated.  I see a lot of people's signature on the threads saying that their breasts have grown with NBE, so it gives me hope to see that it is possible for this to work at least. Big Grin
